Meet Tara
Tara Carey Friedler, PT, DPT, CHT, CEAS
Tara is the owner and founder of Impact PT & Ergonomic Solutions. She started working in orthopedics in 2005 and has been treating the hand and upper extremity full-time since earning her Certified Hand Therapist credential in 2009. Prior to founding and opening Impact, Tara worked at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City and Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery Specialists in Stamford, CT. Over the past few years Tara developed an interest in the relationship between musculoskeletal injuries and work station set ups. This interest led her to earn two technical certifications to perform office ergonomics assessments.
